Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Organa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) Organa is not responsible for return to sender items or missing address information. Damages
Damages caused by transit are entered as a claim with our shipping carrier please email images and damaged items to allow for a claim to be made with the carrier.
**Please note that due to rising temperature’s, some products may require 12- 24 hours in the refrigerator before opening this is normal as many products have very low melting points**
Also note our team does their best to package all heat sensitive items in temperature considerate packing, however, we cannot control heat, please consider when purchasing in the summer months. we are not responsible for heat damaged products.
